Link Age Southwark

We are proud to support Link Age Southwark as one of their business patrons.

Link Age Southwark provides friendly volunteer support to over 700 older people in Southwark who are feeling lonely or isolated.

They recruit, train and manage volunteers to deliver services to older people in the local community; helping to reduce loneliness and isolation, improve older people's quality of life, their physical and mental health, and enable older people to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible.

For the last few years D&T Operations have completed the data processing and analysis of the Link Age Southwark Annual Service User Survey, which enables Link Age Southwark to assess and improve the services they provide to their users. In 2020, during the Covid-19 pandemic, D&T also set up an online form for Link Age volunteers to capture the views of service users.

Shift.ms

D&T completed the analysis on a Pro Bono basis for Shift.ms’s MSer Survey looking to understand how the Covid-19 pandemic was impacting MSers and their access to clinical care.
